Today I have bought this very cute and inspirational Ikea Family book, which has been styled by the creative girls Caroline & Sofie from Lokal 54. The book is loaded with plenty of adorable table decoration ideas for any occasion. What a good idea to add some recipes and the sweet postcards in the back of the book. There is no trip to Paris without a quick stop at the “World’s first Atypyk store”. It’s always so much fun to discover new products and ideas. Since the Les Mauvaises Graines store has moved into the neighborhood it’s double worth it to discover the area on the bottom of Sacré-Cœur in Montmartre.

Today I’ve tried out my super-duper Christmas gift, which has been designed by my very creative man.
It’s a personalized cookie stamp, just for me. Now that my name is all over the cookie, I really need to make sure that they turn out super yummy. So I’ve been baking some butter-almond biscuits after an old recipe from my great-grandma. They are the best!

I’m very touched by this project, because it has been almost 10 years since we have studied together and the oldest son was born. So nice to see how he inspires the next generation to keep up the creative work.
