Today I want to take you to the showroom of Kühn Keramik in Berlin. It’s one of the most beautiful shops in Berlin when it comes to interior decoration. I’m totally in love with their dog design and selection of ceramics and accessories.
Kühn Keramik, Yorckstraße 18, 10965 Berlin open Wednesday to Friday 12:00-19:00, Saturday 11:00-16:00
Here is my little Paris review. This time we were staying at a cute apartment in Le Marais. The area is extremely historic, arty, young and very very busy. For shopping and inspiration I totally enjoy the Rue Vieille-du-Temple neighborhood. Don’t miss to pass by MERCI, have a coffee at the Institut Suedois and for dinner try the traditional “Les Philosophes” or the hip and very Pink Flamingo pizza place.
For the classic superhip & chic go to Collette, Astier de Villatte, Ba&sh at Rue Saint-Honoré. Enjoy the cool shops and the beautiful architecture at Palais Royal and say Bonjour to Mona Lisa at the Louvre.
For the real deal – the less touristic Paris, try the 9th arrondissement (around Rue Condorcet & Rue Navarin), find beautiful vintage outfits at Chezel, have lunch at Hôtel Amour and take a tea at Musée de la Vie Romantique.
Last but not least – my latest discovery – Rue de Grenelle at Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Classy and very inspiring. Don’t miss to check out the Maison Martin Margiela shop and the most fun Bonton kids shop.
Voilà! I’m driving back home with plenty of nice memories, Champagne in the boot and a Vogue on the backseat.
It’s about time to share with you one of my favorite interior shops in Berlin.
I love the world of Parkhaus, the electric and extravagant mix of furniture, accessories and textiles. Every time I pass by, I can definitely find plenty that would look extremely stunning back at my place. My wish list is loooong and my budget apartment too small …
For a while now, I’ve been wishing for much more time to work on personal projects. One of them was a guide about my city: Berlin.
In the beginning of this year, I finally made the step towards more independence and freedom. I quit my job and started cruising the city with my camera. I’m so happy and proud to launch today NotQuiteBerlin.
It’s a personal city guide where I share my favorite places, tips and ideas. You can find plenty of addresses where to get the best cakes and coffee, the coolest outfits and the most delicious dinner.
The rules of my guides are simple: the places have to have great service and a good atmosphere.
I love to support nice people with cool ideas.
If you’re planing a stroll trough the charming ‘Le Marais’ area, you should pay a visit to my latest discovery. Odetta a cute little vintage boutique, which offers a great selection of vintage designer clothes, accessories and furniture.

There is no trip to Paris without a quick stop at the “World’s first Atypyk store”. It’s always so much fun to discover new products and ideas. Since the Les Mauvaises Graines store has moved into the neighborhood it’s double worth it to discover the area on the bottom of Sacré-Cœur in Montmartre.
17 rue Lambert, 75018 Paris

My passion for concept stores took me all the way to the less touristic part of Montmartre in Paris.
The urban gardening store Les Mauvaises Graines is a really cool and original place, run by two very sympathetic guys, who turned out to be the neighbors and lunch-mates of the Atypyk boys. What a nice surprise! We had agood lunch all together and I’ve been so happy about the new discovery.

This weekend, Spring passed by and I can really get used to this kind of visits! Spending my day outside, enjoying the spring breeze and dreaming of my last visit at the Merci concept store in Paris … I’m so inspired and motivated to turn into a gardener this season. Even if the zone of green craziness will be my teeny-tiny balcony. Have a green week full of energy!
