My latest discovery is the lovely back to basic store Kontinentalwaren in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin.
The philosophy of this shop is “slow shopping”. The carefully selected products are exclusively manufactured in Europe and support conscious shopping. I have found there my new favorite object, a traditional porcelain coffee filter. The coffee is as amazing as this shop!
I have continued my tour around the Helmholzplatz in Berlin. Right next to Café Liebling you shouldn’t miss the cute English bookstore “Shakespeare & Sons” where you will find a great collection of new and second hand books of every genre and coffeeeee & cake!

Sunshine all day and I have finally started working on my new project Not Quite Berlin.
I want to talk about my discoveries, introduce you to the places I love and share my favorite addresses in Berlin.
Today I went for a little walk to shoot my first pictures.
Starting with my all time favorite Cafe Liebling at the Helmholzplatz in Prenzlauer Berg. On the corner of Dunker-/Raumerstrasse I always find the perfect coffee moment plus a great selection of magazines.
The Winter in Berlin is just as creative as its people. This morning I’ve been so happy about the new graphics on my bathroom window, that I thought this kind of magic deserves a post … and I deserve a “ahhh – poor little thing”, because I do take a shower in this bathroom. Now you might understand why I signed up for Spring and the good news are – I’m on the waiting list. Yeah!!!
Today I’ve tried out my super-duper Christmas gift, which has been designed by my very creative man.
It’s a personalized cookie stamp, just for me. Now that my name is all over the cookie, I really need to make sure that they turn out super yummy. So I’ve been baking some butter-almond biscuits after an old recipe from my great-grandma. They are the best!

Horses and Hermes is a dream come true for all the horse lovers with style. I’ve found it all at the stable of Château de la Resle. Facing so much passion for this giant animals totally melted my hippophobic heart.
I’m gonna saddle up and canter into the French orange sunset. Allez hop!
I’ve found at Château de la Resle the perfect chandelier by Chis Kabel to light up any outdoor romance.

The first day of the year has always something special. It’s like facing the blank page.
What about the good resolutions, wishes and hopes? This year I’m loaded with new ideas and resolutions and I hope I can keep it up.
Here are my favorite resolutions:

2. stay creative
3. decelerate
