Four weeks after the terrible catastrophe in Japan, there is still not much light at the end of the tunnel. I have posted earlier about my friend Sandra and her friends, who support Japan with this great charity-bag project. It is already a big success. The collected money goes to the Japanese Red Cross.

Today you have a chance to win this lovely shopper if you leave a comment. On Friday I will announce the randomly chosen winner. Good luck!!!

And the winner is…

Jana! Congratulations!
Thank you all for commenting and supporting this action. (thanks to random.org for helping to pick a winner)

@ Cassandra: your comment has been very touching.  Hope you are fine and your city will get back to normal soon.

“One kind word can warm three winter months.” There are so so many nice sayings from Japan, reading and thinking about the meaning of them always warms my heart.

A terrible tragedy that happened a month ago. Too sad that Tepco is not facing any charges (yet?). Even if we decide to switch over to renewable energy I doubt our neighbours ever will… I know a japanese guy and luckily he is alright living in the tokyo are.
