“I just can’t get enough” of the super cool Depeche Mode Fan Exhibition in Berlin Mitte. I’ve never been a huge fan, but this exhibition knocked me out of my shoes. While I’m writing this post I’m listening to “A question of lust” and “Everything counts” for the 100th time. The soundtrack of my youth. I’m obsessed!
Don’t miss it! Open till June 20th 2013, daily from 12:00 – 21:00 at Warenhaus Jandorf, Brunnenstr.19 (corner of Veteranenstr.) Berlin, Mitte
Today some snapshots from the opening of the exhibition “L’art du jardin” at Grand Palais in Paris. It has been the most beautiful garden installation I have ever seen. The perfect inspiration for urban garden lovers, so fun and crazy. Did you see the cute tricycle lawn-mower by ATYPYK? A brilliant idea for keeping the kids busy on Sundays.
Any plans for the weekend? Are you in the mood for some fun vintage activities and flea markets in Berlin?

For a while now, I’ve been wishing for much more time to work on personal projects. One of them was a guide about my city: Berlin.
In the beginning of this year, I finally made the step towards more independence and freedom. I quit my job and started cruising the city with my camera. I’m so happy and proud to launch today NotQuiteBerlin.
It’s a personal city guide where I share my favorite places, tips and ideas. You can find plenty of addresses where to get the best cakes and coffee, the coolest outfits and the most delicious dinner.
The rules of my guides are simple: the places have to have great service and a good atmosphere.
I love to support nice people with cool ideas.
It’s Vespa season and you have smelled it! Big time!!!
I have been today at a scooter “come together” at the Winterfeldt Platz in Schöneberg, Berlin. The locals call it “Anrollern”, when hundreds of Vespa fans are starting the moped season by showing off their amazing scooters, followed by a parade though the streets of Berlin. Oh, I’m soooo in the mood for a ride! Can someone pass me a Vespa please!?
